DOCX Technology was founded in 2014 by a team of network engineers who got tired of watching businesses in Bangladesh pay enterprise prices for amateur-grade implementations. Twelve years later, we’re still the company that answers the phone at 2am.
We launched with a single contract — wiring up a three-floor garments office in Mirpur. No fanfare, just clean cable trays, labeled patch panels, and a promise that if anything failed in the first year, we’d fix it on our own dime.
That project closed without a single warranty claim. Word travelled. Within 18 months we were supporting twelve clients; by 2019 we’d opened a Chattogram branch and added dedicated teams for surveillance, PABX, and power backup.
Today DOCX is a 48-person firm with a 2,400 sq ft warehouse in Banani, service contracts across seven divisions of Bangladesh, and relationships with every tier-1 vendor in the region. We grew deliberately — and we still answer the phone.
We don’t ship half-solutions. Cable runs are labeled, diagrams match reality, and every deployment is handed over with documentation you can actually use.
